Q: Why do MCM ecological culture bricks and kiln bricks have larger length and width tolerances and rough edges than MCM ecological stone products?

 

A: Products split by hand have rough edges. Because of the rough edges, the specification tolerance appears slightly larger than normal cutting tolerance.

 

MCM ecological culture bricks are generally intended for grouting; especially when construction workers cannot grout well, the presence of rough edges increases the contact surface during grouting and strengthens the adhesion of the product to the base surface.

The rough edges prevent warping. In addition, these rough edges are designed on the lower side of the back of the product, so they are buried in the seams when grouting and do not affect the structural or visual effect.

 

 

Q: Why do MCM products have color differences?

 

A: High-end visual building materials currently on the market have various colour characteristics. Like genuine stone, each texture and colour differs after thousands of years.

However, far more users prefer it, and in contrast to the pursuit of uniform texture, materials with consistent color such as tiles and paint are at the low end.-
