Flexible Rock Wall Panel Textured Granite Porcelain Rough Surface Texture

Every land is a journey to the source of Phomi MCM modified clay Econic Clay material.

Phomi Econic Clay Materials follow the instinct of ecological recycling, advocate change in building materials, and reduce ownership over the earth by increasing investment in technology.

This time we are talking about environmentally friendly activated clay.

Phomi Eco-Active Clay also celebrates its 12th anniversary. This is our way of befriending nature and bringing positive change to building material systems.

The raw materials are inorganic substances such as common red, yellow and white mud, crushed stone, sand, fly ash, cement waste and slag. After collection, color separation and grinding into fine powder, the particles are modified with specific surfactants; each particle is coated with active substances in a network-like multi-structure and granulated into an ecological environmental material at low temperature.-This material is called "econiclay" in English-speaking countries. In China's industry standards, it is named "modified clay material-MCM". Because this material was invented by PHOMI, it is also called "PHOMI econiclay material".

Normally, industrial products age and fade when exposed to sunlight and rain, but products made from eco-friendly active clay (Econic Clay) are different.

Phomi Econic Clay is designed with the cultivation process in mind. - When the polymers in the product age under UV light, the active clay inside also absorbs enough moisture to simultaneously activate and shape the product.

Phomi Flexible Rock Panel

Phomi's flexible rock panel is a derivative of eco-friendly reactive clay (econiclay), retaining the advantages of natural clay minerals such as fire resistance, moisture resistance, flexibility and sustainability.

1) Class A fire resistance

Phomi flexible rock panel is certified as Class A fire resistant by the European Union. It is therefore particularly suitable for use in premium hotels, residences, schools, hospitals and other built environments where fire resistance is required.-

2) Humidity regulation and moisture absorption

Clay has the function of regulating humidity, so flexible stone slabs made from clay are also highly breathable. By preventing moisture absorption even during the rainy season, they prevent the growth of mold and viruses.

Test items	Test Results
Fire Rating	A2 Class
Stain Resistance	Level 2 (uneven surface level)
Water Absorption Rate	8%
Artificial Aging Resistance	2000h
Formaldehyde Emission	Not detected

3) Flexible and easy to bend

Phomi flexible rock panel is flexible, bendable and ductile, and can change shape to match the object without cracking. It can be applied directly to curved and cylindrical architectural walls, allowing shape to define design inspiration.

4) Sustainable

The wider the use of Phomi flexible rock panels, the less environmentally damaging overuse of traditional building systems, since all raw materials are natural and renewable. To truly achieve "born from nature, returning to nature", we want to start with small changes.
